Total garage leakage on your dashboard
Unbilled labour, missed parts and below-margin jobs, added up and shown on the main dashboard, so you can act on the number that matters most: margin walking out the door.
On the dashboard from day oneDruOps GMS · Launching November 2026
DruOps GMS is cloud garage management software for UK independent garages. Enter a reg and the parts basket fills itself in under 60 seconds. Unbilled labour, missed parts and below-margin jobs are tracked job by job and technician by technician, so you can stop the leak before the invoice goes out.
DruOps GMS launches in full at Mechanex, Sandown Park, on 10–11 November 2026. Until then, 50 independent garages can join as founding members and pay less for their first 12 months: from £100 a month instead of £149. Spaces still available.
60-second leakage estimator
Estimates suggest independent garages can lose up to 12–15% of monthly turnover to unbilled labour, missed parts and jobs priced below margin. Put your own numbers in to see what that could mean for you.
The parts cascade
Most garage systems stop at the reg lookup and leave you searching catalogues. DruOps carries on: it identifies the vehicle, checks its MOT history and fills the parts basket for the job from your supplier account, so the quote is ready while the customer is still at the counter.
Type it in or read it off the job card. DVLA returns the make, model and engine.
DruOps pulls the MOT history from DVSA, so advisories and mileage are on screen before you quote.
The right parts for the job come from your GSF account with live price and stock. More motor factors are being added.
What DruOps actually does
Every feature has one goal: give independent garage owners the data, control and accountability to keep more of what they earn. Digital job cards, the parts cascade, leakage tracking and customer updates by text, for one flat price per site.
Unbilled labour, missed parts and below-margin jobs, added up and shown on the main dashboard, so you can act on the number that matters most: margin walking out the door.
On the dashboard from day oneEvery pound of lost margin is tied to the job and the lead technician on it, so you know which bay is bleeding profit and why. To coach, not to blame.
Job by job, tech by techA warning is easy to ignore. Jobs below your margin floor can't be invoiced without an override and a written reason, so leakage is stopped before it leaves the workshop.
A hard stop, not just a warningEnter the reg and DruOps fills the parts basket for the job from your GSF account. More motor factors are being added, so you can compare price and stock across the suppliers you already use.
GSF live today. More suppliers coming.Designed for a tech with greasy hands and a tablet on the bench. Runs in the browser on any tablet, phone or PC, with nothing to install.
Big buttons, few taps, nothing to install.Customers see progress and photos from the bay, approve health check work by text and pay by link on their phone.
“Front pads at 3mm, recommended within 2,000 miles”: written by AI, sent by text, photo attached. No more carbon-paper tick sheets.
Card on file, deposits, pay-by-link and surcharges through Stripe, reconciled automatically. No separate card terminal account to match up at the end of the day.
Export your customers, vehicles and jobs whenever you want, at no extra cost. Your records belong to your garage, not to us.
Export any time, no charge. One flat price per site. Add every tech, adviser and front-desk person you have and the bill stays the same.
Many systems charge per user. We don't.Enter the reg and DruOps pulls the vehicle details and MOT history, then fills the parts basket for the job. If the DVLA lookup is slow, it falls back to saved details or manual entry, so you're never stuck.
We rate part-jobs, not people. Barry fits a Transit oil filter in 15 minutes; Terry takes 30. DruOps learns this and helps you give future jobs to the right tech.

Every job your team completes, every margin they hold and every pound they let slip, visible and attributed. Not to catch anyone out. To know where to coach, where to celebrate, and where to have the conversation before it costs you another month.

Competitor details checked against public information on 19 October 2026. A dash means we couldn't find the feature in their public information, not that it can't be done. "Check" means public sources don't say or disagree. Features and prices change, so always check with the supplier.
Built by the trade · For the trade
I spent 20 years in this industry, managing independent garages, running regions for a national chain and, most recently, running a GSF Car Parts branch. The owners I worked with were sharp, hard-working, and badly served by the software they were paying for every month. Big promises. Clunky screens. Little insight into where their money was actually going.
DruOps isn't a software company that decided to target garages. It's being built by someone who's stood in your workshop at 5pm with four jobs still open, a comeback on bay two, and no idea whose fault it was or why. That context is baked into every screen.
The bigger idea is a community. Every garage that joins can share anonymised data with the others: real fitting times from real jobs, labour benchmarks built from actual clock data, supplier delay patterns and comeback causes by part number.
The more garages that run on DruOps, the sharper that data gets, and every garage in the network benefits. That's something no single garage can build on its own. Most systems track jobs. We're building something that tracks the trade.
Reg goes in, DVLA pulls the vehicle and the parts basket fills from your supplier. As more garages join, fitting times will come from real jobs, not just book times.
Three independent garages are running DruOps now and shaping what gets built next. Founding places are open to 50 more before November 2026.
Estimates suggest garages can lose up to 12–15% of monthly turnover to unbilled labour, missed parts and below-margin jobs. DruOps shows you where, job by job.
Founding places are open to 50 independent garages before the November 2026 launch. No setup fee, no long-term contract, cancel any time.
